1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mustaid's mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mustaid ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Mustaid:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate information during registration
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Medical Disclaimer & Limitations

3.1 AI Limitations

Our AI therapeutic assistant:

• Is trained on evidence-based therapeutic methods (CBT, ACT, DBT, MI) but is not a human therapist
• May provide inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate responses
• Cannot diagnose mental health conditions or prescribe medication
• Should not be relied upon as your sole source of addiction recovery support

3.2 Emergency Situations

3.3 No Provider-Patient Relationship

Using Mustaid does NOT create a provider-patient, therapist-client, or doctor-patient relationship. Our AI is a tool to support your recovery journey, not a replacement for professional care.

4. Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Using a strong, unique password

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to harm, harass, or threaten others
• Share explicit sexual content or pornographic material
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers without permission
• Share another user's personal information without consent
• Promote illegal activities or substances
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Mustaid offers:

• Free Plan: Limited features, no payment required
• Premium Plan: $9.99/month with 3-day free trial
• Annual Plan: $99/year (equivalent to $8.25/month)

5.2 Free Trial

Premium and Annual plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After 3 days, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.3 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe)

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content

When you post content in the White Stones community or share stories, you grant Mustaid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

6.2 Content Moderation

All user-generated content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Contains explicit sexual material or pornography
• Promotes self-harm or harmful behaviors
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Shares personal information of others

7. Intellectual Property

The Mustaid Service, including all content, features, design, software, and branding, is owned by Mustaid and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Reverse-engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our Service

You agree to indemnify and hold Mustaid harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users or the community
• Any reason, with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Notify you via email or in-app notification
• Provide you the opportunity to review and accept the new Terms

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
